Google is preparing a big surprise. According to some recent rumors, the company reveals heavy artillery that bear the name of Android 5.0 Jelly Bean in the second quarter of 2012.
If rumors are true, users will not see the interface of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, now available only on some devices.
Although Ice Cream Sandwich has just appeared, presumably Windows 8 release caused Google to push the gas pedal. Although many don't have yet Android Ice Cream Sandwich, the new version, Android 5.0 Jelly Bean, promises interesting features.
According to rumors, Google wants to shoot two birds with the release of new versions. First, Jelly Bean will integrate the two systems developed in parallel, Android and Chrome, and secondly to try to counter future Windows 8.
In addition, Android 5.0 Jelly Bean will be dedicated for tablets and notebooks.
The system could bring the possibility of dual-boot. So manufacturers can include both tablets Android 5.0 and Windows 8. Windows 8 is expected to be a very good system, optimized for gadgets, and so Google hopes to eliminate the competition home.
