Does amortizations for fixed, variable, Canadian, biweekly, and other types of mortgages, and compounds daily, weekly, bi-weekly, half-monthly, four-weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Annual subtotals can be displayed and printed. Professional quality printouts can be created, and registered users can customize the program with their own logo and text. Supports APR calculation including odd days interest, closing costs, and points. Scenarios can be saved in files and password protected (40-bit). A variety of prepayment options let you compare effects on payments, compute the amount necessary to shorten the term to a specified number of payments, display how much interest would be saved, and more.
