Billing Time can be used with Project Soft or any of our other ASP products instantly, using proprietary IntegrateNow technology.Features:Time Sheet Views • Each employee/contractor can enter time sheets, add/edit project tasks, and view weekly reports. • The system allows time sheet entries to be tied to projects down to the task level. • Time sheet entries are submitted first, then approved by an administrator. • E-mails may be sent within Billing Time by any contact or admin to: teams, contacts, or comma separated lists. • Time sheet views are calendar like in nature beginning with a monthly view that includes daily totals. • The weekly view offers a comprehensive timesheet view for the work week; entries are sorted by start time. • The daily view displays time sheet entries beginning at 12:00 AM, every 1/2 hour, for 24 hours. • Time-based page layout and use of icons for approvals/rejections on the daily view reduce training time. Time Sheet Entries • Time sheet entry data fields include: duration type, start/end times, project, description, comments and issues. • 22 Task types including: project, holiday, sick time, vacation, comp time, personal time, military leave, etc. • The system keeps users from creating overlapping timesheet entries during a day, preserving data integrity. • Time sheets, entries, and project fields are diverse enough to be utilized by all industries. • FREE Project manager included and it integrates with Project Soft for Gantt charts. • E-mail notifications are automatically sent to the prime person when a project task is created or re-assigned.Administration Application • Time sheets manager provided, including weekly reports, exports, and work queues per employee/contractor. • Extra security level allows for time sheet entries to be approved or rejected by administrators. • Export file generator allowing delimiter choice, date range, by project, by employee, etc. • Company management screens supplied to add/edit companies (that own projects and contacts). • Contact management screens for adding/editing contacts, accounts, passwords, & security levels. • Project management screens included for creating projects and updating general project information. • E-mail notifications are optionally sent to the project team when a new project is created. • Security group (project team) management screens for granting contacts access to projects. Security and Restriction Controls • Separate main and admin applications to protect/control: contacts, companies, projects, approvals, etc. • Project access is restricted with the use of security groups (depts/project teams). • Project tasks may be edited by employees and contractors (project team members, managers, directors).
