Building Virtual Worlds is used in webinar titled "Building Virtual Worlds for use with Virtual Reality Toolbox This submission provides the files used in the webinar presentation, "Building Virtual Worlds for Use with Virtual Reality Toolbox".In this presentation we demonstrate how to use V-Realm Builder editor of Virtual Reality Toolbox to build and edit the virtual worlds. We also discuss the techniques for working with internal viewer of Virtual Reality Toolbox.We specifically discuss three demos.In the first demo we show how to build a virtual world for a simplified robot arm using V-Realm Builder.In the second demo we show how to build a virtual worlds for an airplane taking off an aircraft carrier. In this demo we show how to find 3D objects on the web, and how to convert them to VRML format. We also show how to use object library of V-Realm Builder.In the third demo we show how to build a virtual world using DEM data of San Fransisco area (using Mapping Toolbox) and how to create a texture file using Image Processing Toolbox.We also show how to link the virtual worlds we create with Simulink models and MATLAB data using Virtual Reality Toolbox.
