In your report, you can include or exclude tasks or faqs based on any values associated with them, including arbitrary text. Reports can be exported in formats compatible with Microsoft Access or Excel, so you can analyze your data offline. Issue Tracker Pro maintains a complete audit trail of activity for all tasks, which helps to eliminate misunderstandings about how a particular task was handled. Any and all changes to tasks are logged in the task's followup comments, which cannot be modified from the web interface.
