EES is a good tool to build up an email list. You can categorize emails into different categories, add, update and remove emails. You can import and export the email address from and to Excel or CSV file. You can use your SMTP server to send email or deliver email message directly to email recipient without bypassing your ISP server.

You can try the software within 30 days. In the trial period, you cannot use the Export function to export the email records.
