PopNot is an intelligent pop-up killer that works in conjunction with Internet Explorer version 5 or newer to prevent unwanted pop-up (and pop-under) windows from appearing as you surf the web, with no need to set up for particular websites or keywords. Additionally, PopNot can prevent browser windows from becoming intractable by such options as disallowing full screen mode and forcing the display of the status bar.
