Portable OpenMPT is a powerful audio application that makes writing music fun, easy and efficient.

The application offers support for VST effects and VST instruments, support for DirectX audio filters, support for multiple sequences ("songs") in one file, support for custom tunings.

It has fully configurable keyboard layout (OpenMPT comes with key maps in various flavours including Impulse Tracker and Fasttracker 2 style, as well as a Dvorak layout) - shortcuts can also be bound to MIDI CCs.

Portable OpenMPT is suitable for live performances: Queue patterns, automate VST parameters using a MIDI keyboard, start and stop your modules with MIDI messages.

The templates can be used to quickly access often used combinations of samples, pattern, instrument, plugin, settings.

Pattern tab:
• [Imp] "Edit Plugin assigned to PC Event" shortcut is now "Toggle PC Event/instrument plugin editor" (can now also be used to toggle the editor of the plugin assigned to the currently selected instrument).
• [Imp] Deleting and inserting items in the order list automatically adjusts playback, sequence override and play lock positions.
• [Imp] Greatly improve seek speed when "Maintain sample sync on seek" is enabled and there are samples with very small loops.
• [Imp] When inserting a new pattern while a +++ or --- pattern is focussed in the order list, use the currently edited pattern for determining the new pattern\'s length.
• [Fix] In windowed mode, the note properties dialog was not always visible.
• [Fix] The order list\'s scrollbar\'s "Right Edge" menu entry was not working Sample tab:
