Mapping has never been this easy. TRMap is shipped with data so you can start using it right out of the box. Imagine creating dazzling maps in your application and shipping it with data to your customers. TRMap includes different layers of data for different zoom level. It ships with full source code for our TRMap Viewer which you can use to get started. Full routing module is included (some vendors charge thousands of dollars just for the routing). Don't just get burried in layers! Most other components give the engine but no data. If you just want to display street maps or consume them on a web form then TRMap is all you will ever need. Our engine includes street level data in our own propriety format. Just drop the component on your WinForm and write two lines of code in the Form1_Paint event and you got your map!
