Corrected a W2K Touchpad "inoperative" issue after an 'Eject PC'.

Corrected: After hot-docking to a port replicator with a PS2 mouse, then pressing Fn+F9, the system doesn't display the touchpad On/Off icon.

Made a change so other manufacturer's CIR Remote controllers can be used.
