Add support for C0 + CG CPU mixing.

Fix up PME# can't be disabled issue. Following "resume on PME#" of SETUP for PME enabled/disabled programming. Default changed to [enabled].

Patch SMDC special case hang up issue.

Fix up 16 SATA HDD's connected to 2 3Ware cards booting fail issue.
