AgentDialer is a predictive dialer and a semi-automatic dialer combined system. Use AgentDialer can increase your productivity for make a large number of outbound calls. AgentDialer is easy-to-use and requires almost no time to learn. Just enter your call list, or import a call list file to our Excel-like spreadsheet, or copy-paste from other programs, and you are ready to go.

In semi-automatic dialing mode, you can use your computer rapidly dial a phone number by pressing a key. Once connected, you can talk through the computer with an USB headset. During your phone conversation, you can also use the computer to play pre-recorded audio files, to record call conversation, or to transfer the call to another agent.
