This is an application written in VB.Net which crawls defined web sites and automatically creates a site map in a standard format which can then be used to inform search engines (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft) of new and changed pages on your web site. The application is provided in a trail version which can be downloaded by clicking here. The trail version is limited to creating a site map of 100 URLs and can only define one site. Apart from that the trail version is fully functional. The full version is able to handle multiple sites, each site can be individually configured for crawling and scheduling. Features: - Auto-generates an XML site map for use with Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and any other search system that recognizes the XML standard. - Auto-notifies Google when a new site map is generated. - Follows the rules defined by a robots.txt file located in the root of the site. - FTPs the site map to your server on completion. - Includes a scheduler. - May be minimized into the system tray.
